If you are having trouble with a U of A system and need warranty or non-warranty repairs, please fill out this form. We will process the request and respond with a solution. If selected, we offer free on-campus parts installation for qualifying desktops covered under an on-site warranty. For laptops or peripherals, please bring it to the Service Center. For other services, we will contact you with a quoted price and repair timeframe.
Campus support staff may place a warranty part order by selecting "parts request". We will order the parts for expected overnight shipment to the computer store. Please only order parts you know are defective. We need a specific description of what the part is doing wrong and how you determined it defective, otherwise we will delay the order and call to assist in the diagnosis. All defective warranty parts must be returned to the service center within 5 days of initial shipment.
