Apple is offering a free iPod after mail-in-rebate to students who buy a Mac with their education discount. The U of A Computer Store is an Apple Authorized Campus store and is taking part in this promotion. Here are some important things to know:
- You must purchase the iPod and Mac computer on the same receipt, at the same time.
- The maximum rebate is $199. If you wish to purchase a more expensive iPod, you can pay the price difference. Below are the maximum rebates applied to each family of iPod. You will not receive the difference if you spend under the $199 limit.
- iPod Touch - $199
- iPod Classic 160GB - $199
- iPod Nano 16GB - $179
- iPod Nano 8GB - $149
- iPod Shuffle 4GB - $79
- Keep your packaging. This promotion requires UPCs cut directly from the iPod and computer packaging.
- Keep your receipt. We will give you an extra copy, and you will need to send this to Apple. Both the qualifying Mac and iPod must be on the same receipt.
