Complete Care (Dell) and Accidental Damage Protection (Gateway) are warranties that completely cover all types of physical damage. Normal warranties only cover general hardware failure and not things like water damage or a computer that has been accidentally dropped. A Complete Care/Accident Damage Protection warranty will cover just about any accidents that can happen to your computer. The only thing not covered by Complete Care/Accidental Damage Protection, or any warranty, is software problems.
