The University of Arkansas Computer Store & Service Center is proud to be owned and operated by the University of Arkansas. Our mission is to provide the UofA campus community with the technology products they need and want at a competitive price while offering excellent customer service. We believe in service and therefore we offer A+ certified technicians that are authorized warranty providers for Dell, Gateway, Apple and HP Laserjets.

Sales Staff

The Computer Store sales staff can be reached by phone at (479) 575-5414 or by email at comstore@uark.edu or by visiting the store in the Arkansas Union. Our sales staff can assist you in configuring a computer to meet your specific needs or advise you on software and peripherals you may need to get your job done. The sales staff will ask specific questions to make sure we are meeting your specific needs. The sales staff is in charge of taking orders from customers. If we do not have the product you are looking for in stock we will look it up and place a special order for you. We do not charge shipping for special orders and we place orders on a daily basis.

Support Staff

Our support staff represent the backbone of the computer store & service center operation. Our ordering clerk processes departmental orders, personal orders and stock orders on a daily basis. If for any reason a problem arises when processing your order our ordering clerk will contact you with a solution and wait for your permission to process the order. Our order processing clerk provides order status for all hardware purchases and will obtain a shipping status of any other order placed at the Computer Store or Service Center. Our technicians will stop at nothing to offer you the quality service you expect. They will communicate at your technology skill level and listen carefully to the symptoms your system is experiencing.
